About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to provide crucial cover across a highly regarded school in the bustling North London borough of Barnet. This opportunity offers unparalleled flexibility, with options for daily, short-term, long-term, and even permanent engagements, allowing you to shape your working schedule around your lifestyle. You will be instrumental in maintaining educational continuity, delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects to students, and fostering a positive and productive learning environment starting as soon as possible, with daily rates ranging from £145 to £160.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
* Deliver engaging and pre-planned lessons across diverse secondary subjects.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils.
* Adhere strictly to all school policies and safeguarding procedures.
* Establish positive rapport with students, supporting their learning journey.
* Provide clear instructions and support to students as they complete tasks.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* You bring demonstrable experience teaching within secondary school settings.
* You exhibit exceptional adaptability and flexibility in new environments.
* You have robust behaviour management skills to maintain classroom order.
