This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Primary Supply Teacher to join a progressive school network, providing essential cover across primary schools in Kettering and the surrounding East Midlands region. We are seeking adaptable educators for various contract types, including long-term placements, daily supply, short-term assignments, and even potential permanent roles, commencing as soon as possible. The daily rate for this role ranges from £145 to £160, reflecting your invaluable contribution to pupil learning.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, ensuring continuity of learning.
* Successfully manage classroom behaviour, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments, varying timetables, and diverse pupil needs.
* Collaborate effectively with existing teaching staff and support teams to maintain school standards.
* Mark pupils' work where required, providing constructive feedback to aid their development.
* Uphold the school's ethos and values in all interactions and professional duties.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to maintain discipline effectively.
* Exhibit excellent adaptability and resilience when working in different school settings.

* Have a flexible approach to working, embracing both planned and short-notice assignments.
