Key Responsibilities
* Implement effective de-escalation strategies to support pupils experiencing emotional challenges.
* Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring, fostering self-regulation skills.
* Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, promoting trust and engagement.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering an inclusive and stimulating curriculum.
* Support pupils in developing essential social skills and emotional literacy.
* Contribute to pupils' individual progress plans, monitoring their well-being and development.
