Key Responsibilities
• Effectively supervise students completing pre-set work, ensuring tasks are understood and completed.
• Implement the school's behaviour policies consistently and fairly, promoting a respectful learning environment.
• Maintain an orderly and calm classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any immediate student needs or concerns during lessons.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure student welfare and progress.
• Follow administrative procedures such as taking the register and reporting any issues.

About You
• You possess demonstrable experience working with young people, ideally within a secondary education setting.
• You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse groups of students.
• You have the ability to manage a classroom effectively, inspiring respect and cooperation.
• You are proactive, adaptable, and confident in responding to varied classroom situations.
• You show a genuine commitment to supporting student learning and development.
