Key Responsibilities
* Supervise whole classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring an orderly and productive learning environment.
* Deliver pre-prepared work to pupils, explaining tasks clearly and providing guidance as needed.
* Manage pupil behaviour effectively, upholding the school's high standards for conduct and respect.
* Promote a positive and engaging atmosphere that encourages active participation and learning.
* Report on pupil progress and any behavioural incidents, ensuring effective communication with teaching staff.
* Support the overall educational experience by fostering a safe and supportive atmosphere for all pupils.
