About the Role
Join a well-established school in Bedford, East of England, as a dedicated Cover Supervisor. This mainstream secondary school is seeking an enthusiastic individual to manage classrooms and support student learning across various subjects and year groups. This vital role involves delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining a positive educational environment in the absence of the regular teacher. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even a permanent position, with a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, starting as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics to ensure a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Deliver engaging pre-set work to students across diverse subjects and age ranges.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all students under your direct supervision throughout the school day.
* Foster a positive and inclusive environment where every student feels valued and encouraged to learn.
* Provide clear and concise feedback on student engagement and progress to the relevant teaching staff.
* Diligently adhere to all school policies and procedures, upholding the highest standards of professional conduct.

About You
* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with students and staff.
* Demonstrate a proactive and adaptable approach to classroom management challenges.
* Have a genuine passion for supporting young people's educational journey and development.
* Be reliable, punctual, and highly organised, ensuring smooth classroom transitions.
* Previous experience working with secondary-aged students in an educational capacity is highly desirable.
