About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a exceptional school in the vibrant Berkshire area. This fulfilling role offers the chance to provide essential support to primary-aged pupils, contributing to their academic progress and personal well-being. Whether you are looking for long-term commitment, daily supply, short-term engagements, or a permanent position, we have flexible options available, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110 for the right candidate, commencing as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver tailored support to individual pupils and small groups across the primary phase.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging learning materials and classroom displays.
* Provide effective SEN support, adapting strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour and foster an inclusive, nurturing environment for all children.
* Collaborate closely with teaching staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
* Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback to contribute to their development.

About You
* Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Possess prior experience working within a primary school setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for children's learning and holistic development.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships.
* Be adaptable and proactive, capable of thriving in various classroom scenarios.
* Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.
