• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate positively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
• Uphold the school’s commitment to high educational standards and pupil welfare.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) as an Early Career Teacher.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and nurturing pupil development.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and effective pedagogical skills.
• Show adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to teaching challenges.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal abilities with all stakeholders.
