About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a flourishing primary school in the vibrant community of Slough. This exciting opportunity involves leading a vibrant Key Stage 1 classroom, fostering a positive learning environment, and inspiring young minds. We are open to discussions regarding a long-term, short-term, or permanent contract, with an immediate start available for the right candidate who is ready to make a significant impact on pupil development.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to active learning.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil well-being and achievement.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil attainment and developmental milestones.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its continuous improvement.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young learners.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a nurturing atmosphere.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and personal growth.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply, benefiting from a supportive induction programme.
