Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils in accordance with school policies and procedures.

• Collaborate professionally with school staff, upholding the ethos and values of each establishment.

About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working in UK secondary schools.
• Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied and fast-paced educational settings.
• Command strong classroom management skills, capable of fostering an orderly and productive learning atmosphere.
• Demonstrate a broad subject knowledge, enabling effective cover across multiple disciplines.
• Hold a deep commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with students and staff.
