About the Role
A dedicated school in Berkshire is seeking a passionate Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join their vibrant primary setting. This is an exciting opportunity to nurture young minds and shape the foundational learning experiences of pupils aged 5-7. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the Key Stage 1 national curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure a holistic approach to pupil welfare and education.
* Implement school policies and procedures consistently to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
* Contribute actively to the wider school community through participation in events and initiatives.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
* You demonstrate a deep understanding of primary education pedagogy and child development.
* Your classroom management skills are excellent, promoting a respectful and focused learning space.
* You are a highly organised and adaptable professional with a proactive approach to teaching.
* You are an enthusiastic team player who builds strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Applications are warmly welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) through to experienced educators alike.
