Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to pupils with diverse Special Educational Needs.
* Differentiate learning materials and activities to meet individual student requirements effectively.
* Cultivate a positive, nurturing, and secure classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress meticulously, providing regular, constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teaching assistants and wider support staff.
* Actively contribute to the review and implementation of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold relevant UK teaching experience.
* You demonstrate significant experience teaching pupils with complex SEN at secondary phase.
* A profound commitment to inclusive educational practices and pupil well-being drives your approach.
* You exhibit excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage a vibrant classroom effectively.
* Your communication style is clear, empathetic, and adaptable to various stakeholders.
