This flexible role encompasses daily, short-term, and long-term supply assignments, offering a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160. You will be instrumental in providing essential cover, maintaining high standards of education across different year groups, and ensuring continuity of learning from an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, following pre-set plans.
* Manage classroom behaviour positively, fostering a supportive and productive learning environment.
* Adapt quickly to new school environments and varying routines with professionalism.
* Ensure all pupils are actively involved and supported in their learning journey.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff and colleagues to maintain a cohesive educational approach.
* Provide constructive feedback on pupil progress and classroom dynamics where appropriate.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the primary phase.
* Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the UK primary national curriculum.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a calm, authoritative presence.
* Be highly adaptable, resilient, and proactive in diverse educational settings.
* Hold a genuine passion for inspiring young learners and fostering their development.
* Have the ability to build rapport quickly with both pupils and staff.
