We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to embark on their exciting teaching journey within ambitious primary schools across the Grays and wider Essex region. This is an exceptional opportunity for newly qualified teachers to secure diverse and rewarding roles, ranging from long-term placements and daily supply to short-term contracts and permanent positions, all commencing as soon as possible. You will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and stimulating learning environment, guiding young pupils through their educational development across EYFS, Key Stage 1, or Key Stage 2, depending on your specialism and school requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods accordingly.
* Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community to support pupil welfare and achievement.
* Contribute to the development of a rich and varied curriculum, aligned with national standards.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and promote the well-being of all pupils.
About You
* You are a passionate ECT, holding Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or awaiting its confirmation.
* You possess a strong understanding of primary education pedagogy and curriculum.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with ease.
* You are adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic and varied school environments.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
