Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement engaging intervention programmes for individuals and small groups.
* Assess pupil learning needs and track progress rigorously.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies effectively.

* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
