Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching to primary pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt lesson plans and resources effectively to meet individual learning styles and requirements.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and development.
* Manage pupil behaviour constructively, utilising positive reinforcement strategies.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil progress to relevant staff members.
* Collaborate with support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil support throughout the day.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience at a primary level.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of working effectively with primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Exhibit strong adaptability and resilience when working in varying classroom settings.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and staff.
* Maintain a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of pupils with special needs.
* Be available for immediate starts and flexible daily or short-term engagements in the Harrow area.
