* • Foster a deep understanding and appreciation for scientific principles, including elements of Chemistry.

* • Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.

About You
* • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* • Hold a relevant degree in Biology or a closely related scientific discipline, with a strong academic background in Chemistry.
* • Demonstrate a proven ability to deliver high-quality teaching, suitable for ECTs to experienced UPS teachers.
* • Exhibit excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* • Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
