Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver targeted intervention programmes for pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
• Conduct thorough assessments to identify specific learning barriers and individual needs.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress rigorously, adapting strategies as necessary to maximise impact.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers and support staff to ensure consistent learning approaches.
• Foster a nurturing and encouraging environment where pupils feel confident to take risks and grow.
• Provide regular feedback on pupil development and contribute to whole-school progress discussions.
About You
• Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience in a primary setting.
• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering intervention programmes across multiple key stages.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of primary curriculum and effective strategies for addressing learning gaps.
• Demonstrate exceptional ability to differentiate teaching and learning to meet diverse pupil needs.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
