About the Role
A flourishing school in North London is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join our supportive primary environment immediately. This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans, addressing a range of complex learning needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. You will be instrumental in facilitating progress through focused 1:1 interventions and small group work, with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent engagement.

Key Responsibilities
* Implement individualised learning plans and strategies for pupils with EHCPs.
* Provide targeted 1:1 support to children experiencing a spectrum of complex learning needs.
* Facilitate engaging small group activities designed to enhance communication and social skills.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and therapists to adapt resources and learning environments.
* Monitor pupil progress diligently, contributing to assessment and review processes.
* Champion an inclusive classroom culture
