About the Role
Join a well-established school in Corby seeking a dedicated Secondary Supply Teacher to support their educational provision. This dynamic role offers excellent flexibility, with opportunities for daily supply, short-term, long-term, and even permanent contracts, commencing as soon as possible. You will be instrumental in maintaining instructional continuity across various secondary subjects, earning a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160. This position allows you to immerse yourself in diverse learning environments across the local area, making a significant impact on student progress.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of secondary subjects, ensuring educational continuity.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and focus amongst pupils.
* Adhere strictly to the school's safeguarding policies and behavioural guidelines.
* Assess student engagement and progress during lessons, providing informal feedback where necessary.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrable experience as a skilled Cover Supervisor.
* Have a proven track record of effectively working with secondary-aged pupils.
* Exhibit exceptional classroom management techniques and an ability to engage students.
* Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability when covering diverse subjects and year groups.
* Hold a genuine commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere.
* Possess strong communication skills, capable of interacting effectively with staff and pupils.
