Key Responsibilities

About You
* You possess qualified teacher status and demonstrable experience, or a strong desire to excel as an Early Career Teacher, specifically within Key Stage 2.

* You demonstrate excellent classroom management skills, capable of maintaining an orderly yet vibrant learning space.
* A genuine passion for primary education drives your desire to make a significant impact on children’s lives.
* You are an adaptable and reflective practitioner, keen to embrace new challenges and contribute positively to a collaborative team.
* You exhibit strong communication skills, effectively engaging with pupils, colleagues, and parents to build supportive relationships.
