About the Role
A thriving school is seeking a dynamic and passionate DT Teacher to join its dedicated team, shaping the creative and practical skills of students. Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and challenging DT lessons across all key stages.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere where every student can thrive.
• Develop and implement creative projects that ignite students' interest in design.
• Assess student progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Maintain a safe and organised workshop environment for practical activities.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing development of the Design & Technology curriculum.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to embark on a fulfilling journey.
• Possess a strong passion for Design & Technology and its diverse disciplines.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
• Be adept at differentiating lessons to meet the needs of all learners.
• Exhibit a commitment to fostering creativity, problem-solving, and independent learning.
• Thrive as a collaborative team player dedicated to collective success.
