About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join a respected school within the West Midlands region. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator to inspire young learners, fostering their development in a vibrant primary setting. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent position, to commence as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons tailored to the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support learning.
* Cultivate a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child can thrive.
* Collaborate proactively with teaching assistants and colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
* Maintain open and professional communication with parents and carers regarding pupil development.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold its established values.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a genuine passion for primary education.
* You demonstrate excellent knowledge of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and effective pedagogical approaches.
* You are adept at creating dynamic and inclusive learning experiences for young children.
* You exhibit strong classroom management skills, ensuring a safe and productive environment.
* You are a highly motivated individual, eager to make a significant impact on pupil achievement.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those at Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
