About the Role
A forward-thinking school nestled in the vibrant Hemel Hempstead area of Hertfordshire is actively seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to enrich their primary team. This pivotal role encompasses delivering targeted support across the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, significantly enhancing pupil progress and attainment. We are keen to accommodate various contract preferences, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent placement for the ideal candidate, with an immediate start available for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement bespoke intervention strategies for pupils requiring additional support.
* Deliver engaging and effective small-group or one-to-one sessions across the primary age range.
* Regularly assess pupil understanding and meticulously track their academic progress.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure interventions align with curriculum objectives.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback on pupil performance and next steps.
* Foster a positive and nurturing learning environment that builds confidence and resilience.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching and supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
