A well-established school in Buckinghamshire is seeking a dedicated PPA Teacher to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves providing essential cover across various year groups, from Early Years Foundation Stage through to Key Stage 2, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers' planning, preparation, and assessment time. We are offering flexible contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 curricula.
* Ensure a stimulating and positive learning environment is consistently maintained for all pupils.
* Implement the school's behaviour management strategies effectively to foster a respectful classroom culture.
* Assess pupil learning informally, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Collaborate professionally with class teachers to ensure a smooth transition and continuity of learning.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and uphold its values.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate recent experience teaching across the primary age range, including EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills, promoting a safe and productive learning space.
* Exhibit strong adaptability and flexibility, confidently transitioning between different year groups and subjects.
* Show a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to fostering pupil success.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents, building positive professional relationships.
