About the Role
A dedicated school in Hertfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher to join their team on a daily and short-term basis, starting as soon as possible. This rewarding role involves providing essential teaching cover within specialist primary SEN provisions, supporting pupils with a diverse range of special educational needs. You will have the unique opportunity to contribute to various learning environments, adapting your expertise to meet the immediate requirements of different classes and pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to primary-aged pupils with SEN.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to support a wide spectrum of individual learning needs.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil learning.
* Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and positive classroom atmosphere for all pupils.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and provide constructive feedback on their development.
* Implement effective behaviour management techniques consistent with school policies.
* Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your care at all times.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with relevant experience.
* You possess demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils who have special educational needs.
* You have a comprehensive understanding of various SEN conditions and effective support strategies.
* You are highly adaptable and resilient, thriving in dynamic and diverse school settings.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* You are committed to promoting an inclusive educational environment where every child can flourish.
