This pivotal role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to provide essential cover across various primary settings in Buckinghamshire, supporting pupils from Early Years through to Key Stage 2. You will engage with diverse classroom environments, maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning on a daily, short-term, or long-term basis, with potential for permanent roles. This is an immediate start opportunity, offering a competitive daily rate between £145 and £160.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across a range of primary subjects and year groups.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Implement pre-planned work effectively, adapting as necessary to meet pupil needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour consistently and in line with school policies.
* Foster strong working relationships with school staff, parents, and the wider community.
* Ensure the well-being and academic progress of all children under your care.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience in the UK primary sector.
* Demonstrate strong adaptability and a flexible approach to working in various school environments.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young learners.
* Hold a genuine passion for primary education and children's development.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
* Be committed to upholding safeguarding principles and promoting pupil welfare.
