About the Role
Are you a dedicated educator eager to make a significant difference to pupil learning outcomes? We are seeking an inspiring Intervention Teacher to join a ambitious school located in Dunstable, Bedfordshire, with an immediate start available. This crucial role involves delivering targeted support across Early Years, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, providing essential interventions to pupils who will greatly benefit from your expertise. The school is keen to explore various contract arrangements, offering flexibility whether you are seeking a long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position within our supportive primary environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement bespoke intervention strategies for individuals and small groups across primary key stages.
* Systematically assess pupil progress, meticulously tracking impact and adjusting learning plans to maximise outcomes.
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and leadership to identify specific learning needs and integrate support effectively.
* Develop and prepare engaging, differentiated learning resources
