Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver highly engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to primary pupils with EHCPs.

* Collaborate proactively with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies to maximise pupil progress.
* Regularly assess and monitor pupil development, adapting educational plans as necessary.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent primary teaching qualification.

* Possess proven experience in differentiating the curriculum to suit individual learning requirements.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for teamwork and parental engagement.
