Key Responsibilities
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students across different year groups.
• Manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a productive and respectful learning environment for all.
• Maintain a safe and orderly learning space, adhering strictly to school policies and procedures.
• Foster a positive rapport with students, encouraging engagement and active participation in lessons.
• Report back to teaching staff on student progress, behaviour, and any significant incidents.
• Provide administrative support as required, including taking the register accurately.
About You
• Proven experience working with young people in an educational or similar setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, comfortable with different subjects and age groups.
• Strong behaviour management skills, maintaining a calm and authoritative presence.
• Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
