Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality Science lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and development of the Science department.
• Participate in wider school life, supporting extracurricular activities and pastoral initiatives.
• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all pupils.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong degree in a Science-related discipline.
• Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to pupils.
• Be adept at creating inclusive learning experiences that cater to diverse needs.
• Possess excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Be a collaborative team player, eager to share best practice and learn from colleagues.
• Have a clear understanding of effective assessment strategies to monitor and guide learning.
