Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum.
• Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
• Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum enhancement.
• Establish strong, communicative relationships with parents and carers regarding pupil welfare and academic achievements.
• Actively participate in whole-school events, staff meetings, and professional development activities.

About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are registered to teach in the UK.
• You demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and nurturing young children's growth.
• You have proven experience teaching Key Stage 1, or possess the drive and potential as an Early Career Teacher.
• You exhibit excellent classroom management strategies and strong interpersonal communication skills.
• You are committed to your own continuous professional learning and development.
