About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the East of England. This enriching primary setting offers an immediate start for a passionate professional looking to make a significant impact on pupil development. The role involves providing crucial support to children with special educational needs, fostering an inclusive learning environment. We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored one-on-one and small group support to pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Assist in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other pupil support strategies.
* Encourage pupil independence and promote self-esteem within the classroom and during activities.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers, SENCOs, and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, contributing to regular assessments and reviews.
* Facilitate an engaging and accessible learning environment for all pupils.

About You
* Possess prior experience supporting children with special educational needs, ideally within a primary school setting.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for inclusive education and a commitment to pupil well-being.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be proactive, resourceful, and able to adapt quickly to diverse learning requirements.
* Hold relevant qualifications or training in supporting pupils with SEN (desirable but not essential).
* Committed to upholding the highest standards of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
