About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers to join a supportive school environment, offering fantastic opportunities across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. We have a variety of roles available, from permanent positions to flexible long-term, short-term, and daily supply contracts, all commencing as soon as possible. You will play a vital role in fostering a positive and engaging learning experience for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that promotes pupil progress.
* Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of pupils.
* Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the wider life of the school community through extra-curricular activities.
* Uphold the school's values and behavioural policies to ensure a safe learning space.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be registered as an Early Career Teacher.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for primary education and inspiring young minds.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to pupil well-being.
* Be adaptable and resilient, eager to embrace new challenges and learning opportunities.
* Show strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
* Hold a proactive approach to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
