* Facilitate effective communication through various methods tailored to individual pupil profiles.
* Assist in the development of social skills and positive interactions amongst pupils.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Previous experience working within an SEN setting, particularly with ASD, is essential.
* You demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
* An empathetic and patient approach is natural to your working style.
