We are currently recruiting for a range of opportunities, including immediate starts for daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, fostering their academic and personal development.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing and organising engaging learning materials and classroom displays.
* Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for pupils with special educational needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour and social interactions, promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all.
* Help to monitor pupil progress, providing valuable feedback to the class teacher.
* Contribute proactively to a well-organised and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development in a primary setting.
* You have experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within an educational environment.
