Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary pupils with SEMH needs within a specialist setting.
* Assist pupils in developing effective behaviour management strategies and emotional regulation skills.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to implement individualised learning plans.
* Support pupils in re-engaging with their academic studies and achieving their full potential.
* Contribute to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
* Monitor pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting support as required.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH challenges.
* You demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience in a dynamic educational environment.
* You have previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN context.
