We are seeking a compassionate and proactive 1:1 SEN Support Assistant to provide dedicated, individualised support for a pupil with complex needs, which may include Autism Spectrum Disorder, Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties, or sensory impairments. This vital role involves fostering a nurturing environment and actively contributing to the pupil's holistic development.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a primary pupil with complex special educational needs.
* Develop a strong, positive rapport with the pupil, understanding their unique communication style.
* Assist in the implementation of Education, Health and Care
