About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistants to join a inclusive primary school located in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential support across the primary phase, assisting with general classroom duties and offering targeted help to pupils with special educational needs. We are open to discussions regarding various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent positions, to best suit your professional availability. This role offers the chance to contribute positively to children's learning experiences, beginning as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
* Support pupil learning and engagement effectively within the classroom setting.
* Assist with the delivery of small group activities and interventions.
* Provide dedicated one-to-one support for individual pupils, particularly those with SEN.
* Help prepare and organise learning resources and classroom displays.
* Supervise children during non-contact time, such as lunch breaks and playtimes.
* Contribute proactively to maintaining a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all.

About You
* You hold a recognised Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or an equivalent.
* Demonstrable experience of working within a primary school environment is essential.
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's holistic development and well-being.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills allow you to connect effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are patient, adaptable, and thrive as part of a collaborative team.
* A strong understanding of safeguarding principles and practices is paramount.
