Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance departmental strategies.
* Participate actively in extra-curricular activities, enriching the overall pupil experience.
* Utilise a range of innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in Mathematics or a related field.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to inspire and motivate secondary-aged pupils in their mathematical journey.
