About the Role
A exceptional school is seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant primary team. This pivotal role involves providing essential support to pupils across the primary phase, including targeted SEN assistance, fostering an inclusive and enriching learning environment. We are looking for a committed individual who can contribute to the positive development of young learners. This position offers flexible contract options, ranging from long-term and daily supply to short-term and permanent opportunities, starting as soon as possible, with a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, enhancing their access to the curriculum.
* Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging learning activities that cater to diverse needs.
* Support pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to ensure their full inclusion and progress.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back observations to the class teacher to inform future planning.
* Prepare and organise resources effectively to facilitate smooth lesson delivery.

About You
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children within a primary school setting.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Possess a proactive and adaptable approach, responding effectively to the evolving needs of the classroom.
* Show a robust understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to pupil welfare.
