Key Responsibilities
* Deliver dynamic and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary key stages.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates all students to achieve their best.
* Assess student progress regularly, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
* Contribute actively to the continuous development of the Maths curriculum and departmental resources.
* Participate fully in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives, supporting whole-school aims.
* Support students in preparing for examinations and in developing a deep understanding and appreciation for mathematics.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong academic background in Mathematics.
* You are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start or an experienced professional (MPS/UPS) ready for a new challenge.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching Maths and inspiring young minds.
* You possess excellent classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
* You are a collaborative team player committed to continuous professional development.
* You are dedicated to nurturing student curiosity and fostering a lifelong love for learning in mathematics.
