About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join a dynamic school located in North London, commencing in September 2026. This is a superb opportunity for a long-term, permanent contract, offering a salary paid to scale. You will be instrumental in delivering an engaging Physics curriculum to secondary students, inspiring a love for the subject and fostering academic excellence. The role involves typical teaching responsibilities within the Science department, focusing on your Physics specialism.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver consistently outstanding Physics lessons across key stages.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the ongoing development and review of the Science curriculum.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment that encourages curiosity.
* Actively participate in departmental meetings and wider school initiatives.
* Implement diverse teaching strategies to cater for a range of learning styles and abilities.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and hold a relevant degree in Physics or a closely related scientific field.
* You have a demonstrable passion for Physics and the ability to inspire young minds.
* You are capable of teaching Science across the secondary age range, with a clear specialism in Physics.
* You are committed to fostering a challenging and supportive educational experience for all pupils.
* You exhibit excellent classroom management skills and build strong rapport with students.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those on the Main Pay Scale (MPS) and Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
