This position is available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options ranging from long-term, short-term, daily supply, to a permanent role, catering to your professional aspirations. You will play a crucial part in laying the foundations for lifelong learning in a dynamic community setting.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS framework.
* Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Systematically monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with pupils, their families, and fellow staff members.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all children in your care.
* Actively participate in school events and contribute positively to the wider school community.
About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of EYFS principles.
* Experience teaching a Reception class is highly desirable, though ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
* A genuine passion for fostering curiosity and a love of learning in young children defines your approach.
