About the Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a respected primary school, offering a vibrant and supportive environment. We are seeking an enthusiastic educator passionate about early childhood development to inspire our youngest pupils within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This position is available for an immediate start, with flexible contract options ranging from long-term, short-term, daily supply, to a permanent role, catering to your professional aspirations. You will play a crucial part in laying the foundations for lifelong learning in a dynamic community setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate lessons that align with the EYFS framework.
* Cultivate a nurturing and stimulating classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Systematically monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Build strong, collaborative relationships with pupils, their families, and fellow staff members.
* Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and welfare for all children in your care.
* Actively participate in school events and contribute positively to the wider school community.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of EYFS principles.
* Experience teaching a Reception class is highly desirable, though ambitious Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
* A genuine passion for fostering curiosity and a love of learning in young children defines your approach.
* You are committed to promoting an inclusive environment where diversity is celebrated.
* Exceptional communication skills enable you to engage effectively with all stakeholders.
