Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver tailored, creative lessons across the primary curriculum.
* Cultivate strong, therapeutic relationships with pupils to support their emotional well-being.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies, promoting positive choices and self-regulation.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously, adapting teaching methods to individual learning styles.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and external agencies to ensure holistic pupil development.
* Contribute actively to a supportive and dynamic learning community.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working with primary-aged children.
* Demonstrate a deep understanding and passion for supporting pupils with SEMH needs.
* Exhibit exceptional resilience, patience, and a calm approach to complex situations.
* Skilled in differentiating the primary curriculum to meet diverse learning requirements.
