About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving school in Wokingham as a dedicated Reception Class Teacher. We are seeking an inspirational educator to nurture and guide our youngest learners through their vital early years journey. This role offers flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or a permanent position, catering to your career aspirations. The successful candidate will be paid to scale, recognising their valuable experience and commitment. We are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, bringing their expertise to our welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and creative EYFS curriculum experiences that foster a love of learning.
* Create a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment conducive to early childhood development.
* Plan and prepare effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of all pupils.
* Assess pupil progress regularly, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and wider school staff to support pupil well-being and academic growth.
* Uphold the school's high standards and contribute positively to its vibrant community.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience within an EYFS setting.
* We welcome applications from Early Career Teachers (ECTs) eager to develop their practice.
* Experienced teachers (MPS/UPS) with a strong track record of success in Reception are highly encouraged to apply.
* You demonstrate a genuine passion for early years education and a deep understanding of child development.
* An ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues is essential.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and eager to contribute to a collaborative team.
