Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Science lessons that ignite curiosity and foster deep understanding.
* Inspire secondary pupils to achieve their full potential in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, or a specific specialism.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
* Contribute actively to the development of an innovative and challenging science curriculum.
* Cultivate a dynamic and inclusive classroom environment where all learners thrive.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues to enhance departmental strategies and share best practice.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a relevant degree in Science or a related discipline.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for Science education and inspiring young minds.
* Possess a proven ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning experiences to secondary pupils.
* Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
