Key Responsibilities
• Effectively deliver pre-prepared lessons and resources across various subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour proactively to maintain a focused learning atmosphere.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils under your supervision.
• Facilitate student engagement with learning tasks, providing encouragement and support.
• Communicate effectively with teaching staff regarding pupil progress and any issues.
• Uphold the school's high standards and policies at all times.

• Demonstrable experience managing groups of young people within an educational setting.
• Proven ability to implement effective behaviour management strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, suitable for diverse audiences.
