About the Role
A flourishing school in the vibrant South East is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join their dedicated primary team. This is a unique opportunity to ignite a passion for learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, delivering engaging lessons in a dynamic environment. We are recruiting for various contract types, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent positions, with an immediate start available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver creative, inspiring lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
* Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every child feels valued and encouraged to thrive.
* Assess pupil progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their academic and personal development.
* Collaborate proactively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect and a strong work ethic among pupils.
* Engage with parents and carers, building strong partnerships to support pupil success.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be eligible for ECT induction.
* Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
* Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both children and adults.
* Exhibit adaptability and resilience, thriving in a fast-paced and rewarding educational setting.
* Be eager to embrace continuous professional development, seeking opportunities to refine your teaching craft.
* Show initiative and a proactive approach to overcoming daily classroom challenges.
