About the Role
A flourishing school in Reading is seeking dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants to join their specialist primary team. This vital role involves providing tailored support to pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) across a range of complex learning needs. You will engage with children both individually and in small groups, assisting those with conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties. This is an incredible opportunity to make a tangible difference in the daily lives of young learners.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct 1:1 and small group support to primary pupils with EHCPs.
* Assist children with ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties in accessing their learning.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers and therapists to implement individualised learning plans.
* Support positive behaviour management strategies and foster a nurturing classroom environment.
* Help create and adapt learning materials to suit diverse needs and abilities.
* Contribute to pupils' personal development and well-being throughout the school day.

About You
* You possess demonstrable experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs, ideally within a primary setting.
* A strong understanding of various complex learning needs, including ASD,
